The greatest accomplishments of Kevin LaChapelle are written in the lives of those whom he has mentored through the years. In collaboration with the Chief Experience Officer, my current position at Sharp is accountable to lead and manage the system-wide strategic initiatives to insure the integrity of the Sharp HealthCare brand experience. The position is accountable for the development and execution of core curriculum for The Sharp University developing leaders, physicians and providing engagement and tools to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and vision achievement. This position provides oversight of the voice of the customer through a variety of measurement tools to insure organizational alignment of the brand promise and the brand experience.
